In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Mattanawcook Lynx basketball team scored a big 83-51 triumph over the Fort Kent Warriors.

The Lynx (20-0) will now prepare for their contest against Madawaska (Madawaska, ME). The Owls go into the non-league contest with a 22-1 record. In their last contest, Madawaska smashed Calais (Calais, ME), 46-36, in a non-league contest.
