New Jersey High School Basketball - Caldwell holds off Verona

The Caldwell Chiefs basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Verona Hillbillies to 42 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Chiefs now have a 12-3 record. They play next when they host Westwood for a non-league game on Saturday, February 22.
With the loss, Verona falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Hillbillies travel to Newark Tech (Newark, NJ) to confront the Terries in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 26. The Terries go into the game with a record of 4-11.
