Louisiana High School Basketball - Sumner fells Ursuline Academy

The Sumner Cowboys basketball team scored 39 points and limited the visiting Ursuline Academy Lions to 27 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cowboys now have a 10-13 record. They play next when they travel to Lafayette Christian Academy for a non-league game on Monday, February 24. Sumner will confront a Knights team coming off a 54-22 league win over Lake Arthur (Lake Arthur, LA). The Knights record now stands at 26-5.
With the loss, Ursuline Academy falls to 12-12 on the campaign.
