The Mira Costa Mustangs lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Vista Murrieta Broncos to 4 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host JSerra Catholic for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 22.

With the loss, Vista Murrieta falls to 0-2 on the year. The Broncos travel to Chaparral (Temecula, CA) to face the Pumas in a outing on Wednesday, April 9. The Pumas go into the outing with a record of 0-2.
