The Bears (5-2) will now prepare for their bout against Magnolia (Magnolia, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 3-5 record. In their last bout, Magnolia was routed by Tomball Memorial (Tomball, TX), 5-4, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Pirates battle the Cy-Fair Bobcats (Cypress, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 21. Shepherd will attempt to advance on its 11-2 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Montgomery (Montgomery, TX).
