The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) and the host El Dorado Aztecs (El Paso, TX), saw Rio Rancho's baseball team gain a win over El Dorado by a tally of 7-3.
The Rams (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Eastlake (El Paso, TX). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Eastlake got by Cibola (Albuquerque, NM), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
The Aztecs now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Las Cruces for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 21. El Dorado will confront a Bulldawgs squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Monterey (Lubbock, TX). The Bulldawgs record now stands at 0-2.
