Indiana High School Basketball - Mitchell overwhelmed by Edgewood

In Friday's non-league test, the Edgewood Mustangs (Ellettsville, IN) basketball team crushed the visiting Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN), by a tally of 51-26.

The Mustangs now possess a 9-9 record. They play next when they host Indianapolis Washington for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 21. Edgewood will play a Continentals team coming off a 70-56 non-league loss to Indianapolis Shortridge (Indianapolis, IN). The Continentals record now stands at 10-11.

With the loss, Mitchell falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Bluejackets travel to Linton-Stockton (Linton, IN) to play the Miners in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 21. The Miners go into the bout with a record of 17-4. Linton-Stockton won 59-53 in their recent league test against North Central (Farmersburg, IN)
