The Notre Dame Pioneers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays to 2 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Notre Dame moves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Pioneers host St. Pius X (Houston, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, February 26. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 3-3.
In their next game, the Fighting Blue Jays clash with the Avoyelles Mustangs (Moreauville, LA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 23. St. Edmund will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
