In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Muscle Shoals Trojans baseball team scored a tight 12-5 victory over the Athens Golden Eagles.
The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Bob Jones (Madison, AL). The Patriots go into the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Bob Jones tipped Madison Academy (Madison, AL), 15-0, in a non-league game.
