Bloomfield Cardinals (Bloomfield, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bloomington South Panthers (Bloomington, IN), 63-62 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bloomfield upgrades its record to 21-3 on the season. The Cardinals host Barr-Reeve (Montgomery, IN) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, February 24. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 12-10. Barr-Reeve lost 61-55 in their recent non-league bout against Southridge (Huntingburg, IN)

Next up, the Panthers play the Northview Knights (Brazil, IN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 23. Bloomington South will attempt to upgrade on its 17-9 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 8-14 record after their 76-67 non-league loss to Clay City (Clay City, IN).
