Newark Collegiate Academy Panthers (Newark, NJ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Dayton Bulldogs (Springfield, NJ), 66-57 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Newark Collegiate Academy upgrades its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to McNair Academic (Jersey City, NJ) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 23. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 16-8. McNair Academic won 61-36 in their recent non-league bout against Verona (Verona, NJ)
