In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Grundy Golden Wave basketball team scored a tight 55-53 triumph over the Lebanon Pioneers.
In their next game, the Golden Wave face the Twin Springs Titans (Nickelsville, VA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 23. Grundy will attempt to move on its 16-9 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 18-8 record after their 87-32 non-league win over Hurley (Hurley, VA).
With the defeat, Lebanon moves to 22-4 on the year.
