    In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Jennings County Panthers basketball team scored a tight 50-45 triumph over the Scottsburg Warriors.

    In their next game, the Panthers meet the Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs (Franklin, IN) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 24. Jennings County will attempt to move on its 19-2 season record. The Grizzly Cubs enter the match with a 10-12 record after their 70-58 non-league loss to Columbus North (Columbus, IN).

    With the defeat, Scottsburg moves to 16-5 on the year. The Warriors travel to Mitchell (Mitchell, IN) to meet the Bluejackets in a non-league match on Friday, February 24. The Bluejackets enter the match with a record of 6-17. Mitchell won 47-44 in their recent non-league match against Shoals (Shoals, IN)
