    The Madison County Mountaineers basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Stuarts Draft Cougars to 49 in the Mountaineers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

    The Mountaineers now sport a 20-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Woodstock for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 23. Madison County will meet a Falcons team coming off a 51-42 non-league win over Buckingham (Buckingham, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 9-15.
