Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Novi Wildcats (Novi, MI), 62-59 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Seaholm upgrades its record to 9-8 on the season. The Maples host Oxford (Oxford, MI) to clash with the Wildcats in a Oakland - Blue bout on Friday, February 24. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 12-7. Oxford won 63-55 in their recent league bout against Royal Oak (Royal Oak, MI)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Plymouth Wildcats (Canton, MI) in a Kensington Lakes bout, on Friday, February 24. Novi will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 5-13 record after their 48-42 league loss to Northville (Northville, MI).
