In their next game, the Cardinals face the Indian Hills Braves (Oakland, NJ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 23. Westwood will attempt to move on its 12-10 season record. The Braves enter the game with a 15-6 record after their 53-48 non-league win over Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ).
With the defeat, Vernon moves to 19-4 on the year.
