In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ) basketball squad edged the visiting Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ), by a count of 46-40.
The Minutemen (21-2) will now prepare for their outing against Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ). The Raiders go into the non-league outing with a 15-10 record. In their last outing, Scotch Plains-Fanwood held off Ridge (Basking Ridge, NJ), 58-50, in a non-league outing.
The Red Devils now hold a 9-19 record.
