The Cooper Pirates (Lubbock, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Tascosa Rebels (Amarillo, TX), 58-55 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Pirates (28-6) will now prepare for their test against Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 19-14 record. In their last test, Colleyville Heritage got by Brewer (Fort Worth, TX), 60-57, in a non-league test.
The Rebels now own a 16-6 record.
