The St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats crushed the visiting Monte Vista Mustangs baseball team by a count of 13-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marin Catholic for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 25.
Next, the Mustangs face the Clayton Valley Charter Ugly Eagles (Concord, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 24. Monte Vista will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Ugly Eagles enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 8-3 non-league win over Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA).
