The Hornets now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Little River Academy for a non-league match on Thursday, February 23. Gatesville will face a Bumblebees squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Chaparral (Killeen, TX). The Bumblebees record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Clifton falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Cubs travel to Springtown (Springtown, TX) to face the Porcupines in a non-league match on Saturday, February 25. The Porcupines enter the match with a record of 3-1.
