Garey Vikings (Pomona, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Gladstone Gladiators (Covina, CA), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edgewood for a Miramonte challenge on Thursday, February 23. Garey will battle a Lions squad coming off a 16-13 non-league loss to Southlands Christian (Rowland Heights, CA). The Lions record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Gladstone falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Gladiators host Ganesha (Pomona, CA) to battle the Giants in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 23. The Giants enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Ganesha won 21-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Rosemead (Rosemead, CA)
