The Brimley Bays basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Carney-Nadeau Wolves to 48 in the Bays non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Bays now sport a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newberry for a Eastern Upper Peninsula contest on Friday, February 23. Brimley will battle a Indians team coming off a 70-31 non-league loss to Manistique (Manistique, MI). The Indians record now stands at 3-12.
The Wolves (7-17) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Park (Crystal Falls, MI). The Trojans come into the Central Upper Peninsula contest with a 16-4 record.
