North Carolina High School Basketball - Varsity Opponent knocked off by Central Carolina Prep

February 21, 2024: Burlington, NC 27217

The Central Carolina Prep Defenders basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Varsity Opponent to 69 in the Defenders league triumph on Wednesday.

The Defenders now sport a 17-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Hill Academy for a VISAA Division III contest on Saturday, February 24. Central Carolina Prep will battle a Warriors team coming off a 78-46 non-league win over Reynoldsburg (Reynoldsburg, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 21-4.

The (444-1581) will now prepare for their contest against Dearborn (Dearborn, MI). The Pioneers enter the non-league contest with a 22-0 record. In their last contest, Dearborn ran past Wayne Memorial (Wayne, MI), 63-54, in a league contest.
