Woodside Wolverines (Newport News, VA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Norview Pilots (Norfolk, VA), 52-28 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Woodside upgrades its record to 24-1 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Maury (Norfolk, VA) to play the Commodores in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Commodores come into the bout with a record of 20-4. Maury won 47-46 in their recent non-league bout against King's Fork (Suffolk, VA)
