The Plainfield Cardinals ran past the visiting Woodbridge Barrons basketball team by a final score of 55-40 in Wednesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Cardinals face the Phillipsburg Stateliners (Phillipsburg, NJ) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 26. Plainfield will attempt to move on its 17-7 season record. The Stateliners enter the game with a 24-2 record after their 64-55 non-league win over Bayonne (Bayonne, NJ).
With the defeat, Woodbridge moves to 15-8 on the year.
