In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL) basketball squad felled the host South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL), by a margin of 49-39.
The Patriots (21-8) will now prepare for their outing against Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 23-9 record. In their last outing, Prospect thwarted Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL), 51-45, in a non-league outing.
The Storm now own a 14-14 record.
