The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the South Gate Rams (South Gate, CA) and the visiting Franklin Panthers (Los Angeles, CA), saw South Gate's volleyball squad beat Franklin by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, South Gate upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Rams host Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 22. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Firebaugh won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Norwalk (Norwalk, CA)

The Panthers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Eagle Rock for a bout on Friday, March 15.
