In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Sherman Oaks CES Knights volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers.
The Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Monroe (North Hills, CA). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Monroe lost by Reseda (Reseda, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Pioneers clash with the Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 22. Sun Valley Magnet will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Vipers come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA).
