In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Chippewa Chipps basketball team scored a decisive 55-23 triumph over the Manchester Panthers.
In their next game, the Chipps meet the Brooklyn Hurricanes (Brooklyn, OH) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 24. Chippewa will attempt to move on its 19-4 season record. The Hurricanes enter the match with a 5-17 record after their 70-11 non-league win over Lincoln West (Cleveland, OH).
With the defeat, Manchester moves to 7-16 on the year.
