The Fridley Tigers (Fridley, MN) basketball crushed the host Columbia Heights Hylanders (Columbia Heights, MN), 73-25 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Tigers (16-10) will now prepare for their test against DeLaSalle (Minneapolis, MN). The Islanders go into the AAA Section 4 test with a 22-3 record. In their last test, DeLaSalle walloped Cretin-Derham Hall (St. Paul, MN), 74-59, in a non-league test.
The Hylanders now own a 7-22 record. They play next when they travel to Richfield for a non-league test on Thursday, February 22. Columbia Heights will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 73-66 non-league loss to Visitation (Mendota Heights, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 9-16.
