The Oak Grove Panthers basketball team scored 36 points and held the host Excelsior Springs Tigers to 27 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Panthers now sport a 10-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southeast for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 28. Oak Grove will battle a Knights team coming off a 56-31 non-league loss to Center (Kansas City, MO). The Knights record now stands at 2-7.
The Tigers (7-14) will now prepare for their contest against Richmond (Richmond, MO). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 3-21 record. In their last contest, Richmond was defeated by Odessa (Odessa, MO), 46-35, in a non-league contest.
