California High School Softball - Poly gets by Great Oak

February 21, 2024: Temecula, CA 92592

Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) and the host Great Oak Wolfpack (Temecula, CA), witnessed Poly's softball squad tip Great Oak by a count of 5-4.

The Bears now sport a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Murrieta Valley for a non-league match on Wednesday, February 21. Poly will face a Nighthawks squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA). The Nighthawks record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Great Oak moves to 1-1 on the season. The Wolfpack travel to La Mirada (La Mirada, CA) to face the Matadores in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 21. The Matadores go into the match with a record of 3-1. La Mirada won 5-0 in their recent non-league match against Millikan (Long Beach, CA)
