The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints (Ridgeland, MS) and the visiting Central Hinds Academy Cougars (Raymond, MS), saw St. Andrew's Episcopal's baseball team gain a win over Central Hinds Academy by a tally of 14-4.
The Saints (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pearl (Pearl, MS). The Pirates enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Pearl defeated Pisgah (Sandhill, MS), 7-5, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Cougars face the Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders (Pearl, MS) in a non-league battle, on Monday, February 24. Central Hinds Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Crusaders enter the battle with a 6-0 record after their 21-1 non-league win over Porter's Chapel Academy (Vicksburg, MS).
