Florida High School Baseball - Central loses to Vero Beach

Vero Beach Indians (Vero Beach, FL) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Central Cobras (Fort Pierce, FL), 12-0 in a league battle.

The Indians (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Centennial (Port St. Lucie, FL). The Eagles enter the 7A District 10 battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Centennial prevailed over Calvary Christian Academy (Fort Lauderdale, FL), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cobras face the Merritt Island Mustangs (Merritt Island, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, February 25. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 4-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Melbourne (Melbourne, FL).
