The Routt Catholic Rockets basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Beardstown Tigers to 39 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Rockets now possess a 27-4 record. They play next when they host Barry Western for a non-league game on Monday, February 24. Routt Catholic will play a Wildcats team coming off a 59-23 league loss to Seymour (Payson, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-22.

With the loss, Beardstown falls to 8-22 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Riverton (Riverton, IL) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league test on Monday, February 24. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 21-9. Riverton won 65-28 in their recent league test against Illini Central (Mason City, IL)
