The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA) and the host Dallas Mountaineers (Dallas, PA), observed Valley View's basketball team overwhelm Dallas by a score of 51-26.
The Cougars (19-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Cavaliers come into the Lackawanna 1 challenge with a 8-5 record.
In their next game, the Mountaineers encounter the Wyoming Area Warriors (Exeter, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 25. Dallas will attempt to improve on its 18-8 season record.
