The Plainfield South Cougars bounced the visiting Elgin Maroons basketball squad by a final score of 63-36 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Maroons (2-28) will now prepare for their outing against South Elgin (South Elgin, IL). The Storm enter the Upstate Eight - West outing with a 8-23 record. In their last outing, South Elgin was overwhelmed by DeKalb (DeKalb, IL), 56-35, in a non-league outing.
