In Friday's league contest, the visiting Trinity Academy Knights basketball team scored a big 67-26 triumph over the Independent Panthers.
The Knights (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Conway Springs (Conway Springs, KS). The Cardinals go into the Central Plains contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Conway Springs smashed Medicine Lodge (Medicine Lodge, KS), 56-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Medicine Lodge Indians (Medicine Lodge, KS) in a Central Plains contest, on Tuesday, February 25. Independent will attempt to better on its 0-15 season record. The Indians go into the contest with a 9-7 record after their 56-47 league loss to Conway Springs (Conway Springs, KS).
