The William Monroe Dragons basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Kettle Run Cougars to 53 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Friday.
The Dragons now possess a 20-3 record. They play next when they travel to Fauquier for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 25. William Monroe will play a Falcons team coming off a 78-43 non-league win over Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 17-5.
With the loss, Kettle Run falls to 7-15 on the campaign.
