The Buckhorn Wildcats (Buckhorn, KY) basketball toppled the host Jenkins Cavaliers (Jenkins, KY), 63-43 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 5-18 record. They play next when they travel to East Ridge for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 22. Buckhorn will play a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Shelby Valley (Pikeville, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 7-14.
With the loss, Jenkins falls to 1-19 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Cordia (Hazard, KY) to play the Lions in a District 53 bout on Monday, February 24. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 5-12.
