The Calumet Copper Kings basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Lake Linden-Hubbell Lakes to 50 in the Copper Kings non-league triumph on Friday.

The Copper Kings now possess a 14-6 record. They play next when they host Iron Mountain for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 25. Calumet will play a Mountaineers team coming off a 49-27 non-league loss to Gladstone (Gladstone, MI). The Mountaineers record now stands at 6-16.

With the loss, Lake Linden-Hubbell falls to 14-6 on the campaign. The Lakes travel to L'Anse (L'Anse, MI) to play the Purple Hornets in a Copper Mountain game on Tuesday, February 25. The Purple Hornets go into the game with a record of 15-5. L'Anse won 51-37 in their recent non-league game against Hancock (Hancock, MI)
