The Flyers now possess a 26-11 record. They play next when they travel to San Saba for a non-league game on Monday, February 24. LaPoynor will confront a Armadillos team coming off a 65-46 non-league win over Flatonia (Flatonia, TX). The Armadillos record now stands at 31-6.

With the loss, Leon falls to 28-6 on the campaign.
