The Spanish River Sharks (Boca Raton, FL) lacrosse nudged the visiting Cardinal Newman Crusaders (West Palm Beach, FL), 14-13 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Sharks now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Boca Raton for a 2A D14 outing on Thursday, February 27.
With the loss, Cardinal Newman falls to 2-2 on the year. The Crusaders host South Fork (Stuart, FL) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 24. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 0-3. South Fork lost 18-2 in their recent league challenge against Jensen Beach (Jensen Beach, FL)
