In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Oviedo Lions lacrosse squad scored a good 20-8 triumph over the East Ridge Knights.

The Lions (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Seminole (Sanford, FL). The Seminoles go into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Seminole was overwhelmed by Winter Springs (Winter Springs, FL), 13-5, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights clash with the Boone Braves (Orlando, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 24. East Ridge will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Braves go into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Apopka (Apopka, FL).
