North Carolina High School Basketball - Haywood Christian Academy holds off Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy

The Haywood Christian Academy Red Wolves basketball team scored 44 points and limited the visiting Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy Patriots to 41 in the Red Wolves non-league triumph on Friday.

The Red Wolves now have a 15-5 record. They play next when they travel to Temple Baptist for a non-league game on Monday, February 24. Haywood Christian Academy will confront a Eagles team coming off a 43-36 non-league win over Providence Classical (Rock Hill, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 17-1.

With the loss, Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy falls to 7-8 on the campaign.
