In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Marietta Blue Devils lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-6 triumph over the South Forsyth War Eagles.
The Blue Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA). The Hawks go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Hillgrove was edged by Denmark (Alpharetta, GA), 8-6, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the War Eagles clash with the Marist War Eagles (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 28. South Forsyth will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record.
