The New Hope Indians softball squad (New Hope, AL), was edged 6-5 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL)
With the triumph, Moody improves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Blue Devils host White Plains (Anniston, AL) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, February 21. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 1-0. White Plains won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln (Lincoln, AL)
The Indians (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Good Hope (Cullman, AL). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Good Hope held off Oak Grove (Bessemer, AL), 14-4, in a non-league test.
