The King Panthers softball squad (Houston, TX), was routed 12-5 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX)

The Hornets enter the contest with a record of 5-5. Huntsville won 12-0 in their recent non-league contest against King (Houston, TX)

The Panthers now hold a 2-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Silsbee for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 21. King will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Aldine (Houston, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 6-2.
