In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Woodsboro Eagles baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Taft (Taft, TX). The Greyhounds go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Taft tipped Benavides (Benavides, TX), 10-0, in a non-league game.
The Bobcats (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Santa Gertrudis Academy (Kingsville, TX). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record.
