In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting River Ridge Knights soccer squad scored a close 3-1 triumph over the Osborne Cardinals.
The Knights (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Sequoyah (Canton, GA). The Chiefs come into the AAAAAA Region 7 battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Sequoyah nudged Calhoun (Calhoun, GA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
The Cardinals (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Allatoona (Acworth, GA). The Buccaneers come into the AAAAAA Region 6 battle with a 1-1 record.
